What's New for the 2023 Cadillac XT4?

For the 2023 model year, Cadillac has added Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert to the XT4's list of standard safety technologies. Two new paint colors have been introduced as well.

2023 XT4 Trims & Features

Cadillac offers the new XT4 in three trim levels: Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport. Several popular tech features come standard on the entry-level Luxury trim. The crossover's user-friendly infotainment system features an 8.0-inch touchscreen, which can be wirelessly linked to your smartphone through either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Exclusive styling cues help the Sport trim to stand out. Meanwhile, alloy pedals and a sport steering wheel give the interior a more exciting atmosphere. An Active Sport Suspension is available for drivers who want to enhance the XT4's handling capabilities.

Cadillac engineers the XT4 to deliver an engaging driving experience. This crossover's lively 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine develops 235 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission helps you to achieve peak performance. While front-wheel drive comes standard, you can opt for Cadillac's sophisticated Twin-Clutch AWD system.
