The Cadillac CTS-V is the vehicle's fourth model year. There haven't
been any major overhauls or redesigns, but there have been a few minor
tweaks to the lineup.
Where exterior colors are concerned, Phantom Gray Metallic
and Vector Blue Metallic have been replaced by Velocity Red and Wave
Metallic.
The most dramatic change is that the Champion Edition
is no longer being offered. The Champion was originally introduced in
2018 as a celebration of Cadillac's winning racing performance. This
trim package included the Luxury Package, Carbon Fiber Package, Advanced
Security Package, power sunroof, performance seats, accented interior,
19-inch wheels finished in midnight silver, and a black chrome grille. Â
Unlike many other lines, the CTS-V only comes with one trim and
configuration. It can be considered an upgraded, more luxurious version
of the Cadillac CTS. The CTS-V is the vehicle you get if you want an
upgrade.
The exterior of the vehicle is built for high
performance. Every vent and grille has been carefully engineered to
serve this purpose. Not only is the vehicle aerodynamic, but the
construction materials are lightweight, allowing you to accelerate
faster and increase efficiency.
One available option is the Carbon Fiber Package.
This package is built for people with a need for speed. If you're a
racer, it might be for you. The vehicle includes a more intense rear
spoiler along with a front splitter made of carbon fibers.
The 19-inch wheels are built to stun and intimidate. They combine low weight with a great deal of strength.
Unbelievably sleek exterior features aren't all the
CTS-V has to offer, though. The interior of the vehicle is refined and
designed to perfection. The cabin prioritizes the driver, with detailed
finishes and performance materials. You won't be able to help feeling
powerful when you're behind the wheel.
Another available option is the Performance Data
Recorder. For racers, this technology records audio, video, and data
about your performance in real time. You can view the images on the
Cadillac built-in screen, or you can save them to a micro SD card and
watch them later.
Performance data comes with four overlays to choose
from: Tour, Performance, Track, or Sport. The technology then helps
analyze your skill level.
The infotainment system connects you to your music,
weather, maps, and apps. You can create completely unique driver
profiles and constantly update to the latest software. In addition, the
vehicle integrates with Apple CarPlay. The reconfigurable displays are
also enviable, as you can customize them to reflect any of three
potential themes.
