What is 'Cadillac of Reservation'?
'Cadillac of Reservations' is an exclusive initiative created by Cadillac in collaboration with select restaurants around the US. It gives diners the opportunity to experience a meal at some of the country's finest establishments from the comfort of a Cadillac's rear seat. In particular, participants can relish a multi-course menu in the back of a Cadillac Escalade IQ—a full-size luxury SUV that combines the classic Escalade experience with electric power. Throughout the dining experience, guests can explore the Escalade IQ's suite of features, from its premium sound system—curated playlists accompany each course—to its sumptuous seats, trimmed in top-quality materials and equipped with heating, cooling, and massaging functions.
Cadillac unveiled the program early in 2025 with a pilot in New York City called 'Cadillac X COQODAQ.' While seated in an Escalade IQ, the automaker invited select guests to savor world-class dishes from COQODAQ, an esteemed NYC eatery. Attendees enjoyed a five-course tasting with immersive audio, captain's chairs, and a virtual fireplace displayed on Cadillac's expansive infotainment screen.
Buoyed by the pilot's popularity, Cadillac is rolling out this elevated dining concept to additional markets nationwide. The company has announced collaborations with La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills, CA; State Bird Provisions in San Francisco; and COTE Korean Steakhouse in Miami, FL. These exclusive events will take place throughout 2025.
