Cadillac Racing Expanding to Two-Car Hypercar Program

Cadillac is elevating its racing division by introducing a two-car factory team. Beginning in the 2025 racing season, Cadillac will unveil a two-car factory program called Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA. This team will compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship, competing against some of the most skilled teams on the global stage.

The launch of this new racing initiative brings seasoned drivers and Cadillac's vast racing experience. The team is set to continue Cadillac's longstanding success on the track while promoting its brand worldwide.

After years of aspiring to become a manufacturer team, Hertz Team JOTA is now making that dream a reality. The team will race the No. 12 and No. 38 V-Series R cars, which feature a robust V8 Cadillac engine. Driver announcements will be made prior to the 2025 season. Though the 2025 season has yet to start, Cadillac has already found success during the 2024 season, including a third-place finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This achievement is especially noteworthy given that it was Cadillac's inaugural WEC season. Additionally, Cadillac secured top-five finishes in races at Portimao, Sebring, and Spa-Francorchamps in 2023. With such a strong track record, Cadillac and Hertz are eager for the 2025 race season.
