2024 Cadillac LYRIQ Tech vs Luxury

Introducing the latest LYRIQ trim lineup for this year, the Tech trim sets the stage with its remarkable blend of technology and luxury. With its advanced 33" diagonal LED display and genuine aluminum accents, it offers an exceptional starting point for the design of a luxury sedan. On the other hand, the Luxury trim builds upon the Tech trim by incorporating features such as 26-color LED ambient interior lighting and Galvano chrome finishes on the exterior. Cadillac has ensured that every trim exudes luxury, showcasing its unique capabilities.

Performance

Taking the lead in performance, the Tech trim boasts a 340-horsepower engine. The Luxury trim also shares this powertrain, but you can equip it with a more robust 500-horsepower engine by opting for all-wheel drive. However, it's important to note that these two trims may offer distinct performance and driving experiences due to their differing mechanical features. For instance, the Luxury trim allows for 22-inch wheels, which can sometimes enhance performance.

Appearance

All Cadillac LYRIQ trims come with a standard size: 196.7 inches in length, 86.9 inches in width, and 63.9 inches in height. The Tech trim introduces an elegant fixed-glass roof with a power interior sunshade and a front Cadillac Crest. In contrast, the Luxury trim adds choreographed exterior lighting and a rear spoiler with a cross-car LED light bar, enhancing its appearance and adding flair. Additionally, this trim offers more available features, such as a black-painted roof option.

Features

While both trims share some appealing features that the average American consumer would be thrilled to own, the Luxury trim stands out with its PaperWood interior and a greater variety of interior upholsteries to choose from. For example, both trims come with Noir Inteluxe seating, but the Luxury trim offers perforated inserts and customization options like Santorini Blue accents and Dark PaperWood surround. These unique choices are exclusive to the Luxury trim and are not available on the Tech trim.
