What's New for the 2023 Cadillac Escalade?

Most of the features and specifications of the 2023 Cadillac Escalade remain unchanged from the two previous model years, but there are still a few exciting changes. For starters, you can now choose from three new color options: Dark Emerald Metallic, Argent Silver Metallic, and Radiant Red Tintcoat.

The biggest new feature is the addition of the new Surround Vision Recorder, which comes standard on all models. This system uses a series of external cameras that can record video while driving. The cameras can also show you if your vehicle was damaged or disturbed while parked. All videos are stored on an SD card and can be viewed in the vehicle or transferred to your computer or another device.

What Are the 2023 Escalade Trims & Features?

The 2023 Escalade is available in five different trim levels: Luxury, Luxury Platinum, Sport, Sport Platinum, and Premium Luxury Platinum. All trims feature stylish 22-inch alloy wheels as well as a first-of-its-kind 38-inch, curved OLED display with augmented reality-enabled navigation.

The Luxury and Luxury Platinum trims feature an AKG Studio 19-speaker audio system, while the higher trim levels have an industry-leading 39-speaker system for full audio immersion. Other additional features include a rear entertainment system, power sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats with massage function, a leather-wrapped interior, and semi-aniline leather seats in all three rows.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2023 Escalade Have?

The 2023 Escalade comes standard with a 6.2-liter, 420-horsepower V8 engine. You can also choose to upgrade to the optional 3.0-liter, 277-horsepower Turbo Diesel inline V6. Both engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and are available in either a rear-wheel or all-wheel drive configuration.

What Safety Features Does the 2023 Escalade Include?

All 2023 Escalades feature the Cadillac Smart System driver assistance and safety features. This includes things like Automatic Emergency Braking, Front and Rear Park Assist, Rainsense Windshield wipers, and Forward Collision Assist. Higher trim packages also include additional safety features like Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Magnetic Ride Control, Adaptive Cruise Control, Electronic Limited-Slip Differential, and Air Ride Adaptive Suspension.
